Unlock Organisational Harmony with Systemic Constellations

Resolve conflict, reveal hidden dynamics, and restore flow within your business

Are you navigating ongoing team tension, leadership struggles, or decision-making blocks that just won’t budge? Many organisational challenges don’t stem from strategy, they stem from unseen dynamics below the surface. Organisational Constellations offer a powerful, visual, and systemic way to bring clarity, connection, and resolution to even the most complex business issues.

What Are Organisational Constellations?

Organisational Constellations are a practical application of systemic work, evolved from the foundations of Family Constellations developed by Bert Hellinger. This method gives form to what’s often invisible, power structures, unspoken loyalties, outdated beliefs, and hidden tensions, so they can be seen, acknowledged, and shifted. It’s not about who’s right or wrong. It’s about what’s missing, out of place, or needing to be seen for things to move forward.

How It Works

Systemic Mapping
Using representatives (either people or symbolic objects), we build a living map of your organisation, project, or team structure.

Revealing Hidden Dynamics
With the guidance of a trained facilitator, Tracy, we observe how roles, responsibilities, and relationships interact. Patterns of dysfunction or stagnation often reveal themselves naturally, what’s being excluded, what’s overloaded, or where leadership has become unclear.

Restoring Natural Order
From there, we introduce adjustments that realign the system, bringing back clarity, restoring connection, and supporting healthy movement forward.

Do all team members need to attend?
Not at all. Organisational Constellations can be deeply effective even when just one person represents the system. In many cases, it’s a founder, team leader, HR professional, or decision-maker who carries enough insight and intention to initiate meaningful change. The most impactful results often come when this person holds systemic awareness, a sense of responsibility for the whole, and a genuine curiosity about what might be out of alignment. With the right facilitation, even a single session with one person can ripple through an entire organisation, bringing clarity, unlocking flow, and restoring direction.

Why Use Organisational Constellations?

  • Get to the Root: Surface-level interventions often miss what’s really driving conflict. This approach brings resolution from the core.

  • Fast, Effective Insights: Uncover the core issue in a matter of hours, not months.

  • Support Clear Leadership: Clarify authority, roles, and direction across your structure.

  • Strengthen Culture & Trust: Create the conditions for authentic collaboration and psychological safety.

  • Navigate Transition: Ease growing pains during mergers, restructures, or rapid scaling.

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What happens in a session?

You’ll be guided through a systemic process using representatives (either individuals or objects) to stand in for roles, themes, or elements within your organisation. As these positions are explored, patterns often become visible and workable solutions emerge organically.

Who can attend?

Sessions can be tailored for individuals, leadership teams, or entire departments. You don’t need prior experience, just curiosity and openness.

How long is a session?

Most sessions run for 2–3 hours. One session is often enough to spark deep insights and movement, though follow-up sessions may be helpful for complex systems.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy. It is a form of systemic organisational consulting. The focus is on function, flow, and structural alignment, not personal processing. However, a sense of clarity and healing normally happen for the people within the positions that have been worked on during the session.

Can this be done online?

Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions using creative tools to represent and explore organisational systems remotely.

Is it confidential?

Yes. All sessions are held with professionalism, care, and full confidentiality.
