You didn’t land here by accident.

And still… something feels stuck.
The patterns looping. The fatigue lingering. The disconnect gnawing.
No amount of ‘trying harder’ seems to fix it.

I know this place. I’ve lived there.

I’m Tracy Malone.
Somatic Trauma Coach. Nervous System Whisperer. Systemic Constellations Facilitator.
And also, just a human who had to figure this all out for myself the long, messy, human way.

My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember how to come home to yourself.

Because what I found to be true is, real, lasting change doesn’t come from forcing, pushing or positive thinking your way there.
It comes when you learn how to work with your body, not against it. When you understand how to regulate your nervous system and let your body feel safe again. That’s where healing starts. That’s where everything changes.

I found this out the hard way.

Seven years of CPTSD, chronic illness, burnout, anxiety.
Running on empty. Frozen. Fried. Swinging between overwhelm and shutdown like it was my side hustle.
I had tools.
EFT. Inner child healing. Hypnotherapy. Energy work. Even a psychic gift that should have made things clearer (spoiler: it didn’t).
But none of it stuck.

Not until I learned how to work with my body’s innate intelligence through Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Healing, and Family & Organisational Constellations.

That’s when everything changed.

I realised...
Your nervous system is the foundation. Without safety in your body, no amount of tools, insight, or affirmations will create lasting change.
With it? Healing becomes possible. Sustainable. Inevitable, even.

That’s why my work looks the way it does.

It’s trauma-informed. Rooted in science. Led by compassion.

I work with individuals through 1:1 sessions, online programs, and my membership community, guiding them back to the safety of their own body. From there, we unravel the deeper roots: inherited patterns, unresolved trauma, and the hidden loyalties keeping them stuck.

I work with organisations through workshops, speaking, and systemic constellations to help teams understand the unseen dynamics beneath workplace tension, burnout, and disconnection, because regulated people create regulated systems.

Why does this matter? Because regulated people change the world.

When you’re regulated, you communicate differently. You relate differently. You parent differently. You lead differently. You even dream bigger. This isn’t self-help. It’s lineage work. It’s leadership work. It’s legacy work.

And honestly? It’s some of the most beautiful, courageous work there is.


When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me with my son and our animals, somewhere between the horses and the horizon, barefoot on the earth, reminding myself that joy and regulation go hand-in-hand.
