You didn’t land here by accident. Perhaps, like me, you’ve been holding onto a quiet knowing: there has to be more to life than this. More calm. More ease. More of the real you – beneath the coping mechanisms, the masks, the survival strategies.

Maybe you’ve tried all the things: therapy, meditation, yoga, mindset work, journaling. And still… something feels stuck. The patterns looping. The fatigue lingering. The disconnect gnawing. No amount of ‘trying harder’ seems to bring lasting change.

I know this place. I’ve lived there.

I’m Tracy Malone – Somatic Trauma Coach, Nervous System Whisperer, and Systemic Constellations Facilitator. More than that, I am a human who had to figure this all out for myself, the long, messy, human way. My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember how to come home to yourself, to cultivate secure attachment within, and to build fulfilling relationships in every aspect of your life.

My Journey: From Survival to Secure Attachment

For seven years, I navigated the debilitating landscape of CPTSD, chronic illness, burnout, and anxiety. I was running on empty, often feeling frozen or fried, swinging between overwhelm and shutdown. I had tools – EFT, Inner Child healing, hypnotherapy, energy work – and even a psychic gift that I thought would offer clarity. But none of it stuck.

True, lasting change didn’t come from forcing, pushing, or positive thinking. It came when I learned how to work with my body, not against it. It came when I understood how to regulate my nervous system and let my body feel safe again. That’s when healing started. That’s when everything changed.

I realised that your nervous system is the foundation. Without safety in your body, no amount of insight or affirmations will create lasting change. With it? Healing becomes possible. Sustainable. Inevitable, even.

This profound realisation led me to integrate Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Healing, and Family Constellations into my practice. These modalities, alongside Inner Child & Parts Healing and Energetics, became the pillars of my approach to secure attachment.

My work is trauma-informed, rooted in science, and led by compassion. It’s for individuals who are ready to stop circling their pain and finally move through it to cultivate secure attachment in all their relationships – with themselves, their partners, children, family, friends, and even animals.
